"Came through when I needed it most. My daughter’s wedding was one week away when I discovered my younger daughter needed her dress hemmed. Other tailors balked at the short time span. River Park Cleaners had us in that morning. Her dress was ready a day early. Also asked them to steam my other daughter’s wedding dress. They were pros! I would def recommend!"

"I felt like I was taken advantage of. I showed up with my luggage to replace a missing zipper. When I got there the zipper repair was priced at $18 bucks, so I was told it might be a bit more because it's luggage and it requires bigger zippers. When the work was done the zipper was a cheap one and the price went from $18 to $45???? I looked at the zipper and it looked like it was worth 2 or 3 bucks.... I was expecting to pay 20 to 25 bucks but 45... I felt like they took advantage. Of course there's 2 sides to every story so I might be wrong. If a zipper is worth over 20 bucks then it makes sense if not then you be the judge...."
"Customer beware!! My winter jacket is ruined after taking it in for dry cleaning at River Park Cleaners. The button covers literally fell off of the jacket and the material underneath the buttons is faded and very brittle. The owner will only contact the company who made the jacket if I have a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a 2 year old jacket? He is taking no responsibility for the damage and basically said that it is the fault of the jacket company. The jacket says "dry clean only". I have never had clothing ruined from any dry cleaning service over the years. I wish I had taken this favorite, warm jacket of mine to a different place of business."
