"Don't come here, the machines I paid for (which was 5 OF THE LARGE ONES) all had some problem except one and nobody is here. Now I have to wait until 11 for someone to come lock the doors to ask for a refund and then I get to carry the laundry back to the car and wash it somewhere else. I have never in my life written a review or even added stars for anywhere but I feel the need to warn people to stay away. Judging by the reviews I have read I'm not sure if I will even get my money back.."
"Most of the machines are broken and they took my money but there's nobody there so as long as you can find the machines that work you'll never have to wait for a machine no bathroom so you have to find a bathroom as well none of the big washers that wash industrial or working"
"More than half of the machines are not operable or in proper working condition... The guy who is supposed to tend to the machines is of no help or use...if you ask for a refund he will just nod his head and smile and continue picking up trash while he walks away with his job and your money.. I do not know how this place stays open ."
"I washed my clothes expecting them to get cleaned but can’t imagine I got them back stinky and with funky smell! The washing mashing look same, old, half of the control buttons are missing so you don’t know what mode you’re selecting. Never again!!"
