"This was my first visit to Fast Fix but I definitely will be using their services again. I brought in two watches that needed batteries and one needed a new strap. The prices were more than fair and it only took 20 min to get everything ready. Very professional people and very courteous."

"I took my Baby G-shock watch to several places, all of them said it has be taken to a watch repair store. I took it to these guys and they didn't seal it correctly when they replaced my battery. They tell you it will be 20 mins each time I was there and still never touch your item even after 20 mins. They didn't seal it after replacing the battery and killed my expensive g-shock. Do not go here! They offered me $35 credit to buy a new watch from their store. They refuse to even refund my battery. I got my watch back and they took back their battery! DO NOT GO HERE!"

"I leave a 1-star review for many reasons. I purchased a Tiffany bracelet from Tiffany & Co and went to Fast Fix to engrave it because I was told by the manager it could be engraved in the time I needed it. I went to pick up the bracelet on the day I was promised and I was told it was not ready. So I had to cancel the evening I had planned because I now do not have the gift. The following day it was ready so I went to pick up the bracelet. They put the engraving in the wrong place even after I left a detailed picture showing exactly where on the bracelet I wanted the letters to be engraved. IT WAS ONLY 3 LETTERS! How do you screw that up?!!! Also, the engraving is hardly what I received. Its hairline at best. Not to be considered actual engraving. Do not use this place if you expect quality as I did. They offered to polish the engraving and let them try again but I do not trust their work or when they say it will be ready. One more thing, I paid $125 for the engraving."

"They advise me my necklace would be done the next day it wasn't. It took 4 days. They never called me. I had to call them to see if it was done. when I got there I gave the man my receipt showing I paid for it already. He said "no you didn't I have to go check in the back" I said "it says paid on the receipt." He gave me a hard time about it and came back and said. "Oh, you're right, it does show paid" but he was very rude about it. I will not be coming back here and they did a terrible job on fixing my necklace."
