"Fashion Island Jewelers offers high quality products along with exceptional customer service. I came in with a $500 budget to purchase a promise ring, and without any judgment John, the owner not only got me the perfect ring for my girlfriend, but also provided me with product knowledge to ensure that I was getting a high-quality product. Since my last visit I have had to come into the store to fix just a couple minor things on the ring, which I had insured, and the ring got fixed really really quickly, efficiently, and the ring was returned to me in the same condition that it was the day I bought it but John also takes the time to remember his customers and anytime I visited the store. He has remembered me and made sure that I was getting the service that I needed. In all, I would recommend this store to anybody looking to purchase jewelry, I had visited three other stores before going into his store, the other stores, made me feel like I was just a commission to them. John, on the other hand, went above and beyond to make sure that I was not just a commission and wanted to make sure that I got the best product possible."
