"I needed a battery for my watch and, since I was at the Canyon Crest Towne Center running errands, I stopped by Geneva Jewelry. I was greeted by a young gentleman and he replaced my watch battery so quickly. He had a great demeanor and attitude - definitely great customer service from this family-owned business. Although their display cases look empty because of shattered glass, it was tidy and spacious inside. And it smells really good too! I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere here at Geneva Jewelry.
