"I went in this weekend looking for a birthday present for my friend. She shops at this place all the time. Anyhow, I had my twin teenager daughters with me so they were looking while I was trying to pick something. As I was looking, I noticed the manager making eye contact with us. I thought maybe it was a coincidence and then I saw that she stood by the door entrance. I kept shopping and every once in a while look her way and she was making eye contact. I asked my daughters about it and they said the same thing. It bothered me a lot that perhaps she thought we were stealing. I have never felt this judgement before at any store in the Galleria. I hurried up to get out there and bought the bracelet. The manager was still standing by the entrance and the minute we walked out she left the entrance position to the register to see what we bought. Unbelievable! I only bought the bracelet because my friend has been shopping there since 2007. I will never go back there ever again."
