"Treated very differently by the staff depending how you dress? I’ve come here multiple times to fix watches and jewelry and had great experiences but today upon waking in and asking for the same kind of help I’ve received before I was treated quite poorly. Both people behind the counter were very rude and would not initially answer my questions. I Was told me to go next door to 99 Ranch to get a battery and replace it myself as I repeatedly asked if I was able to get it replaced here. Rude and not helpful if you wear sweatpants I suppose."

"Came in for a quick ring resize, was told jeweler was not in, and to come during select hours, and he could do a same day. Then came back following day, was told jeweler had to leave and it would be a 2 day turnaround. Just asking why, the lady became abrasive and began listing off all these various hours of availability for the jeweler. Should be clearly stated if certain services arent offered at cerain times. Inconsistent, but even worse was the attitude, it was an unfortunate situation but that experience just terrible."
