The man was rude to her and told her to slow down because she was talking too fast, just like that he said it. That is rude and you don’t speak like that to customers. Secondly, they told her they would come Monday at 9am but they never showed up or if had the curtesy to call and inform us they weren’t coming. What a waste of time. Please don’t waste your time we this company!! They are rude and unprofessional!!"

"Unprofessional, bait and switch pricing. Quoted me $0.35/sq.ft. to shampoo two small areas in my motorcoach (high end RV). Figured $50 bill, $75 being generous. They turned around and more than doubled the price to $150, the equivalent of a 428 sq.ft. apartment, which is greater than the total floorspace of the coach with and without carpeting. Total waste of my time and left me with dirty carpeting before the holidays."
