"Jewelry with a bit of a price tag and a heck of a smile. My wife loves the brand, so our daughter and I came here to find a classy birthday present for her. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store, with no pressure to do anything but browse. She let us know that she was there to help us if we needed it. She offered suggestions based on my daughter's questions, and allowed us to continue our search. When the total came up on the register, she gently pointed out that we were fairly close to being able to earn a free gift with purchase, we'd just need to buy a little bit more. It was a great upsell that didn't feel forced at all. If you or your partner likes this brand, check out the store. It's great."

"Everyone who works at this store is incredibly RUDE. Doesn't matter if you've been a life long customer, or it's your first time there, they will treat you horribly. I've heard the same from so many of my friends, it's ridiculous that they still have the same staff, please please please get a new staff! I love Brighton and I have bought so many things for myself, my family and friends, but I can no longer come back to this store, I'm fed up with their horrible customer service. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this store, visit the Irvine spectrum location instead!"
