"I have been meaning to write a review for this place in a while but I always ended up getting busy. This place is absolutely amazing for many reasons if you are looking to buy jewelry. Two years ago my husband and I got married and our beautiful wedding bands come from this business. Matt who was the sales person who helped us when we came to look at wedding bands was extremely helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure that we knew what are options were and most importantly that we were happy with what we were buying. My husband and I are both blind so we asked lots of questions just to make sure we got the full picture of what was being sold to us. Matt answered all our questions with patience and efficiency. He also explained everything in full detail when it came to discussing how they determine the prices of each item especially when you are requesting for a piece of jewelry to be customized. Matt gave us a rundown on the estimated cost of the rings and said he would let us know if the price changed once they were finished. In addition, Matt communicated with us throughout the entire time while our rings were being made keeping us posted on how the process was going. They delivered their promise and the rings were actually done a lot sooner than what we expected. The rings are absolutely beautiful and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Lastly, during our interaction with Matt we never felt that he treated us differently due to us having a disability. He was very polite and professional at all times and never acted as if he felt uncomfortable with us asking for him to describe the items he was showing us; which was the case in several other jewelry stores we visited. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service we received was outstanding."
