"The very best jewelry"
"3 days after I purchased a chain from her I decided I wanted to go bigger. Every jeweler I worked with has always had a 7 day return for an exchange or credit. When I came back to the store she considered my chain to be used and said there was a 20% deductible to return it. It's crazy because she's a sweet lady and I felt like this was the person I would refer, go to if I wanted more jewelry but I felt disappointed that after 3 days of purchasing my chain she considered it used. However, I found the box lock on my chain to be used when it wouldn't lock and secure with the hooks, which tells me a lot of people tried on my chain before I purchased it. In reality, it's been used more times in her possession than mine, but 3 days is used so yea... This store is a final sale and a 20% deductible if you decide to come back the next day. There are a lot of other stores that give you a 7 day grace period. Look elsewhere."
