Al helped me with two earrings (conch and helix), replaced a moissanite stone in my engagement ring, and resized another ring super fast during the Christmas holiday madness and with quality craftsmanship! He is very patient, thorough and straightforward with his customer service. Even though my cartilage earrings were slightly complicated and one of them required revision after the first modification, Al was easy to work with and offered solutions that fixed all my problems at very reasonable prices.
