"Took a ring to them to have it solder it to another band. When I got it back it looked like another ring. At first I thought that it wasn't my ring. They told me that it was my ring but it clearly was not. The company damaged the ring so bad that it change the look of the ring. Never once did they say sorry or that they damaged the ring and change the look of it. Poor customer service."
