Mine was a small insignificant repair, but it was treated as though it was the largest ticket of the day. Although no promises were made or expected my repair was complete in about 14 minutes and the total cost was well below what I was expecting to pay. "The service was great. What I requested was done quickly. However, I asked for a battery replacement for 2 small decorative clocks from Waterford Crystal. They charged $20 each for the batteries. I just looked up online that the entire clock insert with battery is $15 each. This place is way overpriced. I should have known better. It should be called Fast Buck!"

"I stopped in today with a watchband that had fallen apart. I thought all was lost. Two staffers greeted me with a smile and took the watch from me. Right away they said it would be no problem and would only take 10 minutes. Sweet! Off went one guy to his work bench. The other sales woman showed me some samples. They have a nice selection and some good deals! I decided to pass, but I may come back for xmas gifts. The first salesman returned with my watch looking good as new. He even polished it. Then he noticed it needed a new battery. It was a bit more than I was expecting, but I got it anyway. These guys are great. I'm very pleased and I have my favorite watch back!"
