"Good customer service. I have been going to this shop for my battery replacement for the last 15 years. Based on the trust I had from my past experience, I went to this same shop for my two watches. The guy looked like the son, and he charged me for 95 dollars for two watches. I had been other shops for my Swiss move watches before, and they had never charged me more than non Swiss made watches for battery replacement. I didn't do my research and shop around this time, so I went ahead and paid for it. Later, I felt that it was expensive so I started to read other customer's reviews on this shop. I saw other customers had the same concerns and the owner responded to it. Therefore, I decided to give it a try. When I texted to the phone number they provided, I got a rapid response. I voiced my concerns and disappointment. They quickly offered me a compensation or refund, so I took the refund on a very reasonable manner. I believe that they do provide a quality service. If you have questions about the price and charge, please feel free to ask them. I do believe that they provide a good customer service as well. I will certainly return to this shop for my future battery replacement needs. Come out and try it out!"

"I walked in for a battery replacement on watch, was quoted less than $20, so agreed to leave watch, at end was being charged almost $60. I have never pay 60 for a new battery on watch, regardless of brand. It was a Tissot and gentleman tried educating me on brand. At end, I gave him $25. Negative experience. Never going again. And if $65 is the case, as stated in your reply, why does the receipt he was going to originally charge me have a different amount. Does not make sense."
