However when I asked if they can make a deal on a certain purchase they said they would contact the owner and get back to me with an answer. I had to call them back and the item that I acquired about, they had informed me that the owner had taken it. Not too professional. At least a phone call would have worked or an honest answer."

(Not good with my finances...and young) I came in with my 1200 technic turntables which were my money makers since I was a working club dj at the time.
