"I am only writing this review to the quality of work done on resizing rings. This review is not towards the products or necessarily towards the service. The job on this ring was terribly done, and the staff said that it is normal for the rings to be damaged during the process. They were a little hesitant to have a second look or another resizing. We thought this was the best that could be done and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Upon inspection by another dealer, we found out that the job was terribly done and are going to get this ring fixed. Again this review is a fair review based on the resizing service, it is not quality work as you can see by the image."
