"I have been coming to KC Jewelry for a while now getting different pieces. I finally purchased the Rolex earrings I been wanting for 1000 dollars and they are bending and broke within a couple weeks. I have not been able to enjoy them. I have taken them back multiple times to get them replaced and they want replace them. Now I finally went in to exchange them and they trying to give me credit of $280 after I paid 1000 and have been coming in their telling them the earrings wasn't right. Their trash and their jewelry is not worth your money sad to say."

"Worse place ever they made my ring bigger but when they were done they left it so flimsy an with a bend an when I told them they told me I had to take it to a real gold repair shop so they can fix it to put a band I told them I don’t mind paying them just fix my ring but they said they can’t an left my ring worse I should’ve never gone there my ring was good the way it was two days later it broke I will never go here ever again"
