"I came in asking if I can get my ring size and how much the service would cost. The lady in the pink shirt said the ring mesure was broken and could only do it if I already had a ring. At the time I came in there were no customers for her to be so bothered to just lie like that as if it would take so much time. But I believed her and grabbed a ring then came back. Once I was in the store they had one individual and one family but the lady in the pink shirt once again wasn’t doing anything. But told me it would be a wait time of 15-20 minutes. The guy on the floor was kind enough to take the 3 minutes it took to get my ring sizes without needing an actual ring."
"I come in today is November 30th 2023 to buy a bracelet. The male employee Latino guy ask me how much am I trying to spend 300 - 400.00. I see a bracelet it says $399.00. He tells me these bracelets are not the actual price this is just the price on the tag. So I asked him is this not false advertisement usually the women will try to give you an alternative and your price range but this guy didn't even try to help me he just showed me that tiny bracelets the customer service was horrible he didn't even ask how much you got you trying to put down"
"Terrible customer service. Judith caters to the Hispanic males rather than the women. I initially began the purchasing process but when a younger Hispanic male came to pay a bill, she left me to attend him. I would recommend a secret shopper from Sherwood management to conduct an assessment. Just to add, I will be closing my account with Daniel's."

"My husband and I visited this store today 7/15 to get my husband's credit established. We were met by a lady named Yury which was pleasant at start. He went through the process and got approved through Daniel's & a company called Progressive Leasing which allowed him to make a big purchase (if he wanted). My husband shopped around for awhile and then decided he was interested in a gold necklace and a black Movado Watch. Yury told us that if we purchased both she would give us a discount on both (Necklace was $1,099..Watch she said was $750) The discount would be $100 off Necklace and the watch she would give to us for $550...only if we purchased together. She kept pushing for us to get the bundle, but my husband decided it was too much $$ along with other factors so he chose to go with the Blk Movado Watch only (Which she said would be $750 on top of tax which came to $826.88). Told us we would have to put a 40% down payment...but charged us $350 and I kept telling her that's not 40% (40% of 826 would have been $330) Nonetheless my husband payed the $350 and was put on monthly plan for remainder. We get home and my husband searches the Daniel's Jeweler website and a few other sites just to to find that the watch really is $550. We would like to get the watch for what it's worth! And not be overcharged. Management please help! I just want to give an update that management did reach out to us and we were able to resolve everything with a Mr. Amir 7/17. He was very helpful and pleasant w/ assisting us and our needs!"
