"I loved the rings my fiance had bought me, but within a year, one of the stones had fallen out and the bands were tarnished. I wanted to wear my rings as quickly as possible and took the ring to Raymond's Jewelers for fixing. The owner was very thorough about the work that needed to be done and gave us multiple price points ranging from budget fixes to a completely redone ring. We went with the budget option and within a week and a half, I had my ring. The rings look brand new (even better than the first time I wore them) and the craftsmanship is beautiful. We will most likely come back to do more upgrades when our budget allows for it, but for what we paid, I absolutely love it. Thank you, Raymond, for all of your hard work!"

"I always had the best experience with this place. Ever since my first quartz watch, Anthony was always in this Cypress community helping me with the watch/jewelry stuff. This past week, I got my new luxury watches, and he helped me to authenticate and resize them no problem. He educated me on how to take care of them, along with the watch winder recommendation. Anthony always goes above and beyond with his friendliness, and he is indeed a big part of this community. If you ever need anything with watch repair, overhaul, battery replacement, and resizing, he is the best guy to go to. Do not hesitate to text/call him as he will tell you the best time to come in. "I came in to get a vintage Rolex authenticated I already knew it was authentic I asked how much he said $XXX. I proceeded to ask how much for service then? and he said “you need to pay for the diagnostics and service” so basically double the price of a service. When you service the watch you know if the watch is authentic or not especially on vintage watches. He didn’t even invite me in the shop. Such scammer status and low end business ethics. I wouldn’t trust someone like this to handle any of my watches. I DON’T recommend this shop."
