"This review is for the incredible job Mark Schneider and his team of professionals did for me. They had designed and customized my beautiful ring which I am so smitten with! It is absolutely perfect in every way! As a birthday surprise my husband made an appointment at Mark Schneider Fine Jewelry to customize a ring since my diamond fell off after I dropped it on stone tiles. Our sales rep was the lovely Nas, who from start to end had made our experience so pleasant. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and a very sweet and knowledgeable person. She listened and delivered what I envisioned for my ring. During the ring-building process, Nas was there every step of the way asking questions and making sure I like what I see. We had the pleasure to meet Briseida who was our sketch artist. I was so amazed at the details and intricacy of her work while sketching my ring. I am beyond happy with both Nas and Briseida meticulousness to ensure I am satisfied. My husband also had the pleasure to meet master jeweler Michael! My husband raves about how pleasant he was and what he had to offer. Mark Schneider Fine Jewelry is and will be our only trusted jeweler! You have a life-time loyal customer. "Absolutely the best! My parents have been coming to Mark now for most of my life. So when the time came for me to propose to my now fiancée (she said yes! definitely because of the ring) Mark Schneider was the first and only jeweler I considered. I'll be honest and say I was a little nervous about the occasion having never looked for rings before, but the super knowledgeable and friendly staff (Mark included) put all that to rest within seconds of entering the store. I had read so many reviews & horror stories on yelp about other jewelry stores swapping out stones or ruining vintage details by not taking care to preserve the style. I felt really confident leaving my jewelry behind to get repaired & resized and I’m so glad I went with them.
