"Placed a deposit on a product, was told several times it wasn't ready. After returning post pandemic and post rebuild, I was charged double and a refusal to refund my deposit. I don't know about anyone else but most jewelers I've gone to, work on a trust basis and try to earn my future business, this place is extremely untrustworthy and do not recommend doing business with them.
