"I live out of state and I shopped here just over a month ago when I was in town. I purchased a very pricy diamond huggie that was poorly designed- the weight of the diamond caused it to swing down to face the ground so that it could not be seen. It would not stay in place. Knowing that I would be back in a month for another trip, I waited until today to bring the huggie back. At first I was told that I likely could not switch it out for a different item, but the manager ended up giving me store credit and allowed me to pick out a new piece of jewelry. This was not necessary and I would have understood if she had said no. It was very generous of her to allow me to exchange and I am very happy with my new finds!
