"If only I could give out more stars, Sarah deserves them ALL. If you’re searching for jewelers and scrolling through all the reviews over and over, you can finally stop because Sarah and SPD is the one. When I first started looking for an engagement ring for my Fiancé, I quickly became overwhelmed with the options in the LA area and nothing was standing out compared to the rest. Reviews fluctuated by day/month and it was tough to trust any of them. On top of that, it was so difficult to try and find the time to travel to these places to vet them out and when I did, the visits were never personable. Alas, I came across SPD and reached out to Sarah and quickly got a response. From the jump, Sarah was very professional, personable and it felt super natural working with her. Admittedly, I was no where near an expert in my diamond knowledge but Sarah took me under her wing and walked me through each step/knowledge point. She was also super accommodating in my case and was able to meet me in person close to home. I gave my vision and Sarah brought it to life and beyond. You shouldn’t be working with anyone else when it comes to your engagement/wedding band/jewelers needs, it’s as simple as that.
