"I hired Orkin because we had a mouse problem. They set traps which I could've bought myself at the home Depot. After several weeks I noticed they had not caught one mouse. I also noticed they were more droppings all over the house, so my problem was getting worse. On top of this their guy rescheduled two visits which was highly inconvenient since you were supposed to be home when they come. The guy didn't even show up for one scheduled visit. I'm not sure how they have good ratings here. If you check on Yelp you'll see they have less than two stars. At the end I just covered all the holes where they were coming in and that solved the problem. Don't waste your money with these people. I had to pay almost $400 for nothing."

"My technicians were amazing. No complaints super communicative and may treatments super convenient, effective, and quick. However, I moved from a five bedroom home with tons of trees and a backyard to a two bedroom Uptown apartment so I no longer required the services after six months of being in contract. It took multiple communication inquiries to speak to the manager at this location, to discuss canceling my services and when I did, I felt his Customer Service level lacked professionalism and he offered no resolution for my move. He failed to advise that all the extra add-on services which I had were not under contract and could be removed. That made me feel misled and taken advantage of. I ended up speaking to another representative through the main 800 number to review my contract - to see what extra services I was not contractually bound to. Ultimately, I felt the manager acted as if canceling out one contract early would be such a detriment to the success of the store financially status. So I ended up transferring the remains services to my relatives in North Carolina."
"Carlos the technician was very unprofessional with me and hung up on me while I was sharing my concern about him doing a "No Show" as he stated he showed up and left, and it wasn't even 2 pm. As scheduled time. He seemed in a rush as if he had plans and rushed to get off the phone. My tenants that I gave a 1 week notice to were expecting an exterminator as well. But he decided not to come in between 2 pm to 4 pm as they emailed and confirmed. Carlos then made my appointment for following day without my knowledge. I am not home @ that time, my tenant works the not shift and sleeps during the day. Nothing was taken in consideration. I contacted customer service, and she showed no care with her tone on the phone either. I don't know what happened to customer service? I may look into a different company."
