"I have been a customer of Rockridge Cleaners for many years now, I have never had any issues until recently. I brought in a shirt that only had stains on the inside of the collar from normal use. When I picked up my shirt, it had stains on the inside and outside that weren’t there when I dropped it off. Black noticeable stains. It was resent to get cleaned and came back and it was still dirty. The owners of this establishment are adamant that they did not damage my shirt when I know they did. I need them to either fix my shirt or replace it. Edit: they didn’t do either"

"I took my clothes here on Monday 21 St 2020 and the person told me to come back Thursday 24 th 2020 which was Christmas Eve and they was Closed and then today I go there which os Saturday 26 th 2020 and the person told me my clothes still wasn't ready and come back at 2:00 pm and once I get back to the place I'm staying they called me and told me it's ready now they is playing games with me they are very unprofessional once I pick up my clothes Monday I will never do business with them again ."
