When we arrived to pick it up it was ready to go, his wife kindly unpacked it and showed my husband the correct way to set it up. They were very professional and attentive. They are very helpful and kind and have great costumer service.This was my first cuckoo clock purchase and they both took the time to show me a couple of clocks until I picked the one I wanted. Catherine took it out of the box and checked it to make sure nothing was broken, there was a part that was broken so she went and got another one for me, she took it out and showed me how to put it together and what to do,it came with a 4 year warranty and she told me that if anything happened or I had any questions to give them a call.Such a sweet couple I highly recommend them.
