"I have used this cleaner in September for my wedding gown. Very disappointed. First of all, they have lost my transport bag (a nice bag with zippers specially made for dresses). Second of all, although the dress had only minor stains after the wedding, there were still some on it after their very expensive cleaning. I might not be able to sell it because of that, so I would definitely not recommend this dry cleaner."
