"I went there to have my son graduation Armani suit cleaned after dropping the suit I was informed to come back in four days. I went to pick up the suit handed my receipt and waited to get it ready. The guy gave me different color cheap Chinese made suit which I don’t recognize. I told him it was the wrong suit. He insisted that was my son suit. My son is 22 6’2” 150 Ibs He gave me a suit that is appropriate for at least 280 lbs person. I was furious and started to explain to the guy. He said his English isn’t that good to come back the next day when his daughter wis there. I will not advise anyone to use his service. Dishonest and shady dry cleaner. Be ware folks!"

"I reached out to this cleaners in regards to doing alterations my wedding dress which I brought in, had it analyzed and received a quote. I was advised by Edmond that I can bring dress in 3 weeks prior to my wedding for the alterations which was to male the train shorter and place a slit in. They were able to do that and fitted me after the alterations but took the out the bustle. After the fitting I requested for the bustle to be placed back which Edmond said was not an issue. Later that day he calls to try and charge me more foe the dress that was already quoted just 10 days before my wedding! I ended up paying a bit more but I needed it done. I'm assuming they forgot to call me the whole week for my wedding because I had to call and send a message continuously the day before I had to leave for my rehearsals. I picked up the dress and no bustle was put in and safety pins were left in my dress. The bottom had dirt on it and it was barely pressed. I could do nothing at this point and I was tripping over my dress my whole wedding. I reached out to Edmond for compensation but nothing of course. Just don't go here for any dress alterations for important occasions, lesson learned."

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Ed went out of his way to make sure I had my Halloween costume in time last minute. I have come here multiple times over the last few years and every time I felt like my needs were listened to rather than just being "another" customer. He is super friendly and tells me his honest opinion about exactly how things are going to look whether it would bunch up etc. The best part is that the prices are VERY reasonable as well. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone and everyone in the area."
