"As a former tenant of this project, I don’t have fond memories of living here. The over complicated process getting the voucher to stay here indefinitely was the top reason I ended up leaving aside from my RACIST next-door neighbor keeping a total of SIX people in his unit. ALL units at this project are little tiny studio apartments. They kicked me out but not him despite his clear violations of project rules, Anaheim Housing Authority policies, and Alliance on Abilities policies. I’m glad I never made friends with other tenants during my tenancy here so that I have no business ever coming back. SCREW THIS PLACE!"

"Went to this apt. complex for a Self advocacy meeting/training today. Was a little challenging to find, having never been there before. From what I saw, there was no sign in front of address. This would be quite helpful. The community room was nice. Not sure foose ball table worked. No time to, but would have liked to play a game(Likely would have lost). Was surprised apts. only seemed to be 1 floor(I live in a different, yet similar complex that has a lobby area and 2 floors. Remember this complex being presented at a conference I went to last Fall. Forgot it was quite close to Knott's and just North of a major intersection. Hope this helps!"
