"This review is for the counter top department. On 04/30 it so happened that we went there to look for a counter top for our newly purchased home. It must've been perfect timing I felt because that day was the last day for a sale they were having on the products they had. They even had a big ol sign in front that says "installed in 7 days" with no disclaimer. It seemed so perfect. Deborah was nice to help us out. Now the nightmare. Having to deal with European Wholesale who they contract with apparently, I've seen some reviews and I got worried. Sure enough my instincts were right and I left them a lengthy review/novel if you guys have some time or if you need some commodal reading. I had to deal with Heather one morning who apparently is some manager/supervisor, luckily ran into her one morning and remember having to talk to her on the phone about my wonderful time with European Wholesale. She seemed nice at first then as you try and discuss options or anything else, she started to throw a *itchy attitude, mind you I was calm and collected and had a normal tone in my voice and just wanted answers. I really can't believe someone like her holds a high position in that store, I ran into many other employees and they all have great customer service but this one bad encounter just made them look bad and her customer service skills is non-existent. If you are looking for counter tops go elsewhere, maybe even find your own fabricator, I wouldn't ever want to deal with Heather or that kitchen department again. Oh and it is 06/07/2017 and still don't have my project completed, they wouldn't compensate in anyway until the project was completed, which I believe would be too late and sounds shady so I decided to cancel. I found someone else honestly who gave me a better deal, same product, and will have it installed by the end of this week, saw the slab and it looks awesome."
