"Very disappointed, made my appointment with in the available time slots. I cancelled a medical appointment to be sure to be home during the window of the appointment. During that window I get a text asking if they could reschedule to tomorrow. I will be visiting my mother in law for mother's day the next day so that was not possible. I asked if there was any way to keep the appointment today, did not hear back from them... Missed a medical appointment and did not have the TV installed.. not very professional in my opinion. Part 2: I made another reservation for the following morning at 8. I disconnect all the peripherals and log out of my accounts on my existing TV in preparation. Half an hour after the appointment time i call to ask if anyone is on the way. They proceed to tell me that the online reservation is a reservation to get a call from the dispatcher to then arrange a time for a technician. That is really confusing, if I wanted to talk to a dispatcher I would have called, I thought I was booking a time for someone to install my tv. The dispatcher then tells me that no technician is available until 5 pm. I am going to go visit my mother in law for mother's day today which is why I booked an early morning time for what I thought was to have the tv installed. The dispatcher then said she would check to see if the technician could come any earlier and said they would give me a call back in 10-15 minutes...it has now been 50 minutes and no call back.. I can't speak to their installation team but they have horrible and inept customer service that leads to a frustrating and disappointing experience."
