"So I purchased an adjustable bed frame and it was having a problem with the foot of the bed not coming up or down properly. Perkins and Sons was referred to me to check out and repair since they have knowledge with those beds. I made my appointment with Kathy and her son Roger was the tech doing the repairs. He was very polite and got my bed frame back in working order. I am a senior citizen and needed a Handyman to take care of small things around the house like installing a wall mount for a TV that I wanted to put in my bedroom and assembling some patio furniture. He gave me a very reasonable quote and I feel safe having him be my Handyman. I would like to also add that he did follow the Covid-19 restrictions and wore a mask and kept his distance."

"The first thing I'm upset about is the additional cost that occurred after we were quoted a price. Next we paid them to come in paint and move things that needed to be moved in order to paint. Normally this is what painters do. They came in and moved everything around and did not put things back. Also once we got home from the hotel and really started looking around we saw a spot in our daughter's room on the wall that was not painted correctly. There's also several other spots around the home that wasn't painted correctly. When we asked them to paint the moldings we were told that it would have to be a separate job but they had no problem getting paint on our moldings. There was paint not only on the moldings but all over my microwave that we had to clean several spots over the floors that had to be cleaned. They just shoved everything everywhere. After really coming in and taking a final look I'm not happy with how things were left. I am a disabled person and there is no way that they should have left my home the way they did for me to have to come in here along with my wife and daughter to then try to put everything back that they just put everywhere. I would highly highly think twice about hiring this group. The original costs was supposed to be $5,000 and as I mentioned earlier additional costs occurred. Additional costs were for taking a shelf away excuse me two shelves away which only left screw holes in the wall. they charged us an additional $500 for removing two shelves that were both less than 3 ft in length. Very very very unhappy with the cleanup that was done. Your clean up behind your jobs is what gets you another job but when you leave it a mess that's what makes people turn away from you. Again not happy with the paint that was left on my floor and appliances and the molding and I would never hire them again. We were planning on having them to do some exterior work replacing a fence rebuilding stairs but after this it's time for us to look for someone else. There are many other fish in the sea. Again seriously think about the hire before you do it. I will be posting photos shortly. And let's remember photos do not lie."
