"While the technicians who come to do the work are great, we have had multiple problems with communication from the front desk while using this company. Due to having three separate issues, we decided it would be best to write a review for others who might be looking to use this business. Initially, we booked an appointment via phone to get a window and blind cleaning quote, but the day of the appointment nobody showed up! When we called the front desk to check in, it appeared there was no record of us ever calling to book. No problem we think. Things happen, so we reschedule. This time an estimator arrived and gave us our quotes for the work. He was super helpful and we were excited to move forward! However when we called the front desk to finalize a date, we found his estimates did not mesh with the prices they were now giving us (which were higher, of course). This should have been our warning that we would have some trouble with this company, but we kept the faith and booked anyway. Day of the work the technician did a good job and was very friendly, but did not complete all the work that we expected from our quote such as blind cleaning. When we asked him about it, he said the order given to him was only for one service (windows). We called the front desk, and sure enough, it was due to another misunderstanding. Also, we were initially told the tracks would get wiped but it seems that wasn’t part of the actual window cleaning service. To their credit, they offered to come out again to do the second half of the service, but at this point with over a month of back and forth we decided to cut our losses and go with a different company. Overall we were happy with the work that was completed, albeit incomplete. At this point though with three miscommunications, we decided to stop using this company (the whole point of having cleanings is to reduce stress and free up time after all!). I hope this review is helpful for others who are looking for some help with their cleaning needs and prepares them for potential setbacks when working with Squeaky Clean."

"My entire experience with Squeaky Clean was great! fast response when I called. good prices. and when the technicians came out to do the work they were utmost professionals. Very clean courteous and respectful. They also did not try to upsellme (too much). They pointed out important issues that I might need to be aware of for the future which I appreciated. Thank you! I would definitely use squeaky clean again. I had my gutters cleaned on my two story home and interior and exterior windows."

Nick made some new window and door screens for us that turned out perfectly (and arrived in a week). Dana washed our indoor and outdoor windows and cleaned our gutters. He’s the ideal combination of providing excellent service at a swift pace. He was also able to provide us some guidance about maintaining our gutters that was deeply appreciated. Both gentlemen arrived to their respective appointments promptly, were professional and kind, and we intend to use Squeaky Clean again due to our excellent experiences with Dana and Nick. We were very pleased. Thank you."
