"Damaged my items, not forthcoming with the true price of the service (Overpriced). Lacks basic communication skills during the service from start to finish which will leaving you guessing on how your items will turn out.. Very disappointed."

"Worst Experience! Ruined my wedding dress! Recently, in Dec 2023 I got married and needed to take my 2 wedding dresses and my husband’s linen suit to the dry cleaners in Roseville. Just before Christmas, I emphasized to the owner that ONLY the bottom of the dresses needed cleaning, (not the beading on top). She agreed, and we discussed having everything ready by New Year’s Day. On Jan 4th I called just to confirm and she said everything was ready for pickup. When I arrived, only the suit was done.. not only did I allow her extra time but she literally said on the phone that “everything is ready for pickup”. So frustrating. Anyway, when I showed up today to finally get my dresses back she has them already zipped up in the bag (completely covered) and shuffles me out the doors in a hurried fashion. This is where I messed up by trusting she did a good job and not taking the time right there to check her work. It wasn’t until I got home when I realized she damaged the straps and beads/straps are broken. I specifically asked her not to touch that area. Also, on one of the dresses, the bottom had yellow spots… Be warned!"
