"The owner, Slava, came out and cleaned the carpets in our apartment today. Took 1 hour from the time he started setting up to leaving. I am very satisfied with the results. There is no more odor from the previous tenants dog, and every stain is gone. I also appreciate him removing a wrinkle in the carpet that ran the length our master bedroom without being asked.
