I had an issue initially when I received the pins, but their customer service was one of the best I've ever worked with, and got it sorted out very smoothly. "I saw these on Instagram and immediately fell in love, but was worried that they would be too heavy as I am not used to wearing big earrings. When they arrived (faster than I expected, especially since I live in Alaska) the packaging was so cute and I could really tell they care about their customers and products. The earrings were high-quality and sturdy, and I was shocked at how comfortable they were. I can't imagine anything more perfect for my wedding; I was getting compliments all day long!"
