"I recommend LeafFilter Gutter Protection to everyone who is looking to ease the chore of keeping gutters clean. The rep who came to my house was very polite and informative. He knew their product. I was sold from the get go to have them install my gutter guards. They were even able to install the gutter guards within an hour of the presentation. A thorough job was done cleaning out my gutters which hadn't been cleaned for 3 years. Now I don't have to ever worry about backup from the rain. I am completely happy and satisfied with my new gutter guards and HIGHLY recommend LeafFilter Gutter Protection!"
"Horrible experience, got a call out of the blue from this company about cleaning out My gutters just so happen that I am actually trying to get them cleaned out so I said yeah sure that’s fine. Please send someone out to give me a price. The guy was rude and aggressive, and started arguing with me over text message about his tactics, super unprofessional, and will not be having them back my property ever again. We spoke with nephi"
"If I could give them zero stars I would have. They were all very nice from the sales person to the installer but just do not try to cancel on them. I tried to cancel my clean/repair/seal because it was raining and I didnt understand how you could get a good seal when everything was wet. After several calls and repeating myself over and over again why I cancelled they would only accept a reschedule a week later. I agreed but a week later when they called my situation had changed financially (car broke down and Christmas is now right around the corner) so I cancelled the service again. They called again and asked why I was cancelling. I explained that the first time I cancelled was because it was raining and he proceeded to tell me that was the best time to do the seal as you can see if it stops leaking (which I am not sure I am totally convinced of) and I also let him know my finaincal situation has changed as well which I should not have to explain to anyone. I tried to politely say I would consider doing it in the future and the person on the other end said "good luck to you" and hung up on me. I understand no one likes to have their time wasted and it was not my intention to waste their time but being rude because you lost a sale is not a good look. If they find out they will not be getting any money or a sale from you their polite facade evaporates and their true colors shine. It took literally five phone calls to cancel and four calls justifying why I was cancelling the service only to be hung up on when they apparently did not like my response. I will not be calling them back for any reason in the future. To quote the scheduling manager that hung up on me: "Good luck to you!!""
"The salesman made it easy for me to order, then within a couple days the worker was here and installed the gutters fast, I did have a problem with the sharp corners of the back roof. Real hard winds and rain came, neighbors leaves from their tree came down and large amount at once. Clogged the top of the drain. I called LeafFilter and they were out in 2 days and cleaned it up. No Charge."
"Don't do it. It is a high-pressure sale. You can pay someone to clean your gutters once a year for far less. My patio door steps were dry before I got Leaffilter. Note: 12/1/22, in response to my emails they will be here in 11 days to examine my newest problem with the Leaf Filters. 12/27/22 They sent someone to fix my problem on 12/20/22. The fix caused my gutter to leak. They sent someone to fix that. Now, a good rain, and my step is wet again. So, it was never really fixed. Before I had this product my steps stayed dry. My most recent email states that my filter may not work in heavy rain. Well, my gutters did. 1/08/23: It is raining. My steps are wet. Again. Communicated that will send a tech out on Feb. 3. Not so great service."
