"Went in January to get a new zipper on a brand new dress. The zipper was garbage. I clearly told them when dropping off I want a brand new zipper not have it repaired! Well they scammed me and repaired it only to trust it and the zipper didn’t work when I put it on at home. I looked at the stitching and I new the repair was not done and they had the nerve to charge me $30 for a zipper that was not replaced! I was dumb enough to take a retro dress and they were not capable of washing. Gave me my money my money back. I got home and I washed a dry clea only dress in woolite. The cherries in the dress were no longer bleeding. They could’ve done it. Don’t know who was lazy there! This past week I gave them two jump suits to hem. My orange suit they gave back and when I got it it was not done. I was supposed to get both back together and they took my number and never called me to tell me both were not ready. My partner picks it brings back orange and they scammed him. Yesterday he picks up the black and white one and that was not done either!! It still had the original stitching same length. They gave me back my money for the orange one to my partner! But they passed this one as done! Never again! Nothing but a incompetent workers! Stick to washing only stay out of seamstress work! Stay clear of this place! My partner has pictures and we want our money back you get no stars for the scam!!"

"Needed my wedding dress hemmed. Paid a fair price for them to do this and they hemmed it perfectly. However, they left sharpie marker dots all along the white dress where they planned to take it up. You could see the marks all around the skirt of the mermaid gown and when I asked, they said I'd have to pay additional to get it cleaned or try to remove the marks myself with soap and water! Thank god after I complained about this because it was NOT my fault that they marked the white dress, they told me they'd try to remove the marks themselves but kept it another week to do so. When I got it back, most of the dark black marks were gone. However, there are still a few faint black marks along the hem line that are visible. Definitely won't be coming back here."

"Priced out cost to wash and press 4 men’s business shirts and dry clean a men’s sports jacket and pants here vs. at two dry cleaners in Roseville. This location was cheaper by $5-$12 overall. They were friendly and did a good job."
