"I wrote this review on Yelp, but also wanted to share on Google reviews. This review was for his service on Feb. 12, 2024. Jordan, at Coastline Plumbing, was great to work with. My husband and I had three plumbing related concerns. Jordan demonstrated excellent professionalism and expertise. I appreciate that he communicated with me throughout the whole assessment process, and explained and quoted his service recommendations. He works efficiently, he showed up on time, and our plumbing issues were resolved. Thank you Jordan!"

"These guys came to replace my neighbors air conditioning. They decided to put their trash in my garbage including some old smelly boots that one of the workers didn't want and a bunch of stuff that went on the box of the air conditioner and the Styrofoam that was in the box. Very unprofessional. I have pictures of the trash they left for me to throw away."

"EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I wish zero were an option of start!!! I texted the owner Ronnie for a quote to unclog and replace a toilet. He quoted me $187. We had him come same day when we were not home. When I got home my bill read $272!! I texted him to stating that my bill was significantly different from my quote. He told me that it was an extra $40 to haul the toilet (he knew I needed a toilet hauled away and never mentioned that fee). He also said I needed a new angle stop which I understand but he never ran it by me for approval. His response to my asking about the difference in the bill versus the quote was that he would come leave the toilet on my patio and put the old angle back!! He was extremely rude! He never apologized for the difference or for not notifying me that there would be a difference. The same company a few years back also drilled holes in my tile to fix a slab leak and made holes on my wall. The tile never ended up Needing to be broken as the source of the leak was in a different area. He left the ruined tile and holes in my wall and HOA said it was our responsibility to fix it. I only used him again because he is our contracted plumber through HOA but NEVER again!! He then harassed me via text and phone calls for payment for a few days after this situation. I always try to support local but everyone should know how unprofessional Ronnie is and consider using someone else."

"Jordan at Coastline Plumbing was so super helpful! He arrived on-time and cleared our drains so efficiently and was so friendly and professional, that I knew he was the right person to get a couple of other repairs done. He made the time to do those as well, and I couldn’t be happier. Coastline is efficient with communication and super easy to work with. If I could give them ten stars, I would!"
