Really uncomfortable experience, one of the guys would not stop asking me random questions about myself and couldn't take a clue I was not interested. I would not recommend being home alone with these guys if you are a woman. Two stars for arriving on time. Do not recommend."

"I scheduled a chimney cleaning with this company. When they arrived their employee looked at the chimney and stated it was glazed and it would cost 1800 dollars. I declined so they charged me an "inspection" fee. My neighbor recommended a different company. When they arrived, they cleaned it for 1 hour and showed me a video of before and after. Cost 240. When I asked about the glazing, they said it wasn't that much worse than any other chimneys they clean. Chimney works great now."

"Klein's Chimney Service removed our old woodburning stove and installed a new Regency stove, taking care not to damage our wood floors or anything else. They were patient with questions and kept in communication about delivery times, etc. Would highly recommend."
