"Went in for a quote on some jewelry on a Wednesday, and spoke with the guy that owns it. He inspected, weighed, and gave me a quote. I was selling them for my parents, so I told him I’d speak with them and if they agreed, I’d be back the next day. Came in the next day, and spoke with the lady that works there. She quoted me $100 less. When I asked her to call the gentleman I spoke to, she said he was saying he never quoted me a price. I asked how he couldn’t have given me a quote if I came in to sell them? It says “We buy gold” on their website, so that made no sense. I gathered my rings and before I left, I told her to check their cameras if they have audio. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principal. Bad business."

"I got what I needed from this business. They are literally the only store within the area that sells quality canes. The lady that assisted me the first time was very helpful in making sure I got what I needed. When I went back to buy my item a man however assisted me and I felt like he could’ve gotten buy by assuring I got the item I needed instead of trying to convince me that I didn’t need one; apparently you need to be within an age bracket to need one. Anyways got what I needed and just thought I’d share my experience. They also never answer their phones. I called back to back for almost two weeks and no answer."
