"I just had a very bad experience here. A sweater of mine was dry cleaned but they tried to remove a stain and it created a hole in the garment. I was upset by this clearly, and they charged me full price. They didn’t offer to fix it or reduce the cost, heck should’ve just not charged me for it - that would’ve been the right thing to do. I had another item which they didn’t clean because they said it had holes in it. So they asked if I still wanted it cleaned and I said yes. I also asked them to fix the hole from the original garment, and they were hesitant to do it, but they said they’d do it for $20. I was also shocked they were going to charge me to repair what they ruined, but I just wanted it fixed so I agreed to the price. So I come back to pick up my items and what they tried to repair looked awful. It was an older garment (maybe 10-15 years old) and they kept telling me how it was an old garment so it wasn’t their fault what happened. Then they double charged me for the second item, they told me to pay for it up front and then they would not charge me upon pickup. I went to pick it up and they charged me. I went back in to talk to them about it and they were hostile- first they said I was wrong, they didn’t double charge me, then they said maybe they did. They gave me the money back (not the full amount they owed me, but I wasn’t going to argue over another dollar or two) so I was happy about that but I will never come back here, as I wasn’t planning to, but they also told me not to come back. Terrible customer service."

"I took my prom dress to be altered here, however when I got the dress back the silk belt was missing. So I went back and asked about it and was very quickly shut down and told to come back Monday. I had school, so my mom went back Monday and was told to come back Tuesday. My mom came back Tuesday and the seamstress did not check to find the belt and told my mom she was 100% certain there was no belt on the dress and she did not take any blame for the missing piece. A couple hours later, the seamstress called and said she found the belt. Throughout the whole situation the seamstress was very rude and unsympathetic to my dress being in a way ruined, as the dress was not returned with all the pieces. Overall I would not go back and while I’m glad the belt was found, I was super sad at their reactions and how they dealt with the issue."

"Your employee just cost you my business. I arrived 2-3 minutes before 5 PM and was prepared to have you do dry cleaning on twelve (12) shirts. As I got out of my car with the shirts draped over my arm, she looked right at me and closed the door. I am a regular customer, and have had many encounters with this employee. She is almost always quite cold, and sometimes downright rude to me. Although I am not a weekly or even bi-weekly customer, I have been a regular customer--until today. I will now take my business elsewhere. Just thought you should know about this incident."

"Had a pair of pants hemmed wore them 3 times and hem came out. Brought them back and they charged me to redo. I've got pants that are 20 years old that have not come apart, never go there. No customer service, rude and screw you attitude."
