"Its a 3rd party company that books shady cleaners, they booked eco carpet cleaning. They charged me$150 for a small room. Barely cleaned the room and there was still dust on the edges. Very unprofessional. They dump the dirty water in our bathtub."

"Absolutely the worst experience with these guys. We were moving out of our small condo and our landlord asked if we could have the floors and carpet professionally cleaned so we can get our security deposit back. The day before the carpet cleaner came, we had the tile floors professionally cleaned. First, I was quoted at 70 for a small bedroom. When the guy came, he was now charging 200$ due to some stains. I wasn’t happy, because that’s a huge price jump nor was I even warned that the price could increase prior. But whatever, I said okay and paid him. I left to the store (my mistake) and he called when he was finished. I came back and he was gone. The carpet was clean, but the guy left horrible track marks on our newly cleaned floors, coming from the bathroom. He went to empty the dirty water from his machine into our toilet, spilled dirty water on our bathroom floor, then dragged the machine out, leaving behind marks. When I contacted the company, they told me they would get in contact with his supervisor and escalate the situation. They told me there was nothing that can be done and I’m stuck having to clean up after himself. They also issue no refunds, which again, was a policy that was never communicated with me upon booking them."
