"I had the most wonderful experience with SERVPRO of East Poway/Ramona and hope that all vendors I do business with in the future are as fantastic, professional, and do the quality job I received from this company. If you are looking for the best in the industry and want to work with a company that has tremendous heart and sincerely cares for the wellbeing of their customers, this is your company. I was unfortunate to discover a water damage spot on my drywall hidden behind an oversize chair that was from a leak in a drain pipe. I was completely overwhelmed and uncertain how to proceed. I remember seeing SERVPRO trucks in my neighborhood and decided to give them a call. The same day I called, and on July 4th of all days, I received a call back from John, the senior estimator, from the SERVPRO of East Poway/Ramona. SERVPRO is a franchise, so l'm referring to this particular business with my review. John was able to come out the next morning. It was obvious as soon as I met John that I had made the right call. He was very knowledgable and immediately put my mind at ease with an idea of what the problem was and what would be involved to resolve the issue. Within a few hours he had a crew out to start the mitigation process and that's when I met Benito, the crew supervisor, and Pedro who did a phenomenal job mitigating the leak and water damage. Benito was amazing to work with and keep me informed step by step of what was happening. James, one of the owners, came out to personally check on the site and was able to save our 10 by 7 foot mirror that need to be removed from the wall to get to the leak. James was extremely thorough with checking on the mitigation process and making sure that every detail was taken care of to ensure no future issues with mold or leaks. Once the leak was fixed Miguel came out and did a precision job installing a good size drywall patch. He applied the mud and textured the wall in such a way it blended seamlessly with the existing texture. He did an expert job painting the room. Once the mirror was reinstalled on the wall and we moved the furniture back in, you would never know anything had ever occurred. The exception was that it actually looks better now with the fresh coat of paint! I can't thank this company enough for how expediently and with quality workmanship and care they helped us to mitigate water damage and restore one of our favorite rooms in our home. Their price for this job was very reasonable and competitive as well. I HIGHLY recommend SERVPRO of East Poway/Ramona for anyone needing help with fire or water restoration!
