"ARYA Cleaners sent me a text for a Black Friday promotion of 40% off all items. When I went to pick up the items I told the clerk / owner that my discount was not applied. She said that was because I had not shown the coupon at the time of drop off. I told her it was not a coupon it was a text and I showed it to her. She said I should have shown the text to the clerk at the time of drop off. I told her there was no indication on my offer that I had to show them the text. She just smiled and said yes you should have shown her the text. I asked her how I was supposed to know to show the text if it was not indicated and the clerk never asked me. Again she just smiled and said I should have shown the text. Wow! I'm sure a lot of people have felt ripped off by this "offer." Update: The owner called me and apologized for the way the transaction was handled. He corrected the error. I was very impressed and am satisfied."
"Amazing service. Nice people. Beautiful results. But $9.40 to dry clean a $20 Costco shirt. I’ll just buy a new shirt after getting it dirty twice. That’s crazy. It was my first time there. But to rich for me. I’ll be hang drying next time not dry cleaning."
