"it,s good"
"Great service, told me my 15 shirts wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm on Thursday and they were ready 2 days early! Can’t beat that kind of customer service."
"Update: The manager of this location was nice and seemed to genuinely try to help, but the owner(s) have been awful. Legacy Cleaners said they would have to send out the dress for specialized cleaning for around $250. However, this is the only thing they admit to. Legacy stated that they could clean the veil separately for $15. That seemed reasonable to me, so I decided to leave the veil and conduct more research to determine whether I wanted to leave the dress with them at a later date. Immediately after leaving Legacy, my husband and I even had a discussion about this because we were wondering why Legacy would be able to clean the veil and not the dress. We thought perhaps the reasoning was that the dress contained lace when the veil did not. When the veil didn't come back with the order, and all of the back and forth I described earlier ensued, Legacy finally agreed to review their security footage to confirm we actually left the veil. Of course we knew we left it there, so we were waiting for them to get back to us. In the meantime, my husband dropped off photos of the veil at this sister location (Dry Cleaners Club) where Legacy said they sent our clothing to for cleaning. He then tried to drop off photos at Legacy to help aid them in their search and Legacy REFUSED to take them. Someone from there called him once and yelled at him claiming we never left the veil. My husband could barely get a word in, but was able to deescalate the situation and the person on the other end eventually agreed (again) to review the security footage and get back to us. No call back. He called about twice a week asking them if they had reviewed the security footage and they simply kept giving him the runaround (yelling, mind you, on the phone) until they finally claimed they would no longer help him. They either have no interest in reviewing the security footage OR they reviewed it, realized they lost the veil, and are avoiding us now. The latter seems like a real possibility at this point. Not only will we never patronize their businesses again, but I'll make sure to advise my colleagues in the area to avoid this unprofessional business, especially in terms of any business contract work. Unfortunately, my husband and I are forced to take further action (potentially of a legal nature in small claims court) in order to have this matter resolved. If Legacy refuses to return the veil, then we need to be compensated for damages, as appropriate. Legacy, a dash of professionalism and an apology would have gone a long way here. —————- LOST WEDDING VIEIL. My husband dropped off my items with Legacy Cleaners, and they ship out their items to this place for cleaning. Legacy Cleaners just lost my wedding veil and gave me this phone number to try to find it (after denying they even have it and trying to hang up on me). My husband will be calling tomorrow and going in with photos of the veil. Legacy has been more than unprofessional throughout this entire ordeal, so I don't have high hopes about interacting with Dry Cleaners Club, but I'll delete my review if Dry Cleaners Club acts in a professional manner and helps locate my veil."
"I really like this place. Fast and competitive prices. They text you when the clothes are ready, which is usually much sooner than the original pick up day. They also replace your missing buttons as a courtesy. Love it."
"Cleaners Club has been our family cleaners for 20 years. Great service at a reasonable price. Never lost an item."
