"I’ve been a customer for over 4 years I take my clothes all the time. They are under New ownership and I regrettably took my Stetson Hat to get cleaned and they destroyed it. Owner makes no effort to solve issue or contact me after my repeated visits and explanation that they are responsible for the damage to my property which is in excess of $450 dollars. I will no longer be using Canyon Crest as my choice for dry cleaning as they have no integrity or respect for their customers. I will be filing a claim against them for damaging my property. I will note I contacted both Stetson and a professional hat repair shop which both stated the hat is in too poor of shape to fix and it could only be replaced."

"I really wish they can give negative stars. I went to rent suits from them for my wedding party and i was told they would be $170 each. A week later one of my groomsmen went to order his rental and they told him that the same suit wasn't available for rental and that it would cost about $700 per suit. They never contacted us to tell us it wasn't available to rent. We had to find out from our friend. They did refund us the money we had put down. Also they didn't know how to measure. They had to look it up in a book. I brought in a hockey jersey to sew numbers on the back and they didn't sew it straight, then tried to tell me it was fine when it obviously wasn't. I dropped 15 table cloths off to be pressed and they quoted $120.00, which I then paid in cash. I went to pick them up today and the lady at the front told me it was $210.00 and that I never paid the $120. They then proceeded to start a fight with my daughter and I. The boss went to replay the video and saw me pay cash and still said I didn't pay for the tablecloths. This was my first and last experience with them. PLEASE AVOID this place. I filed a police report for stealing my cash. This was the worst experience ever. NEGATIVE 10 STARS!"

"Super helpful place and service is always quick and courteous. I had a few items tailored here but my favorite that was this vintage paid of plaid pants that I thrifted. The seamstress mentioned that they would be a lot of work and quoted me a fair price and had them ready before a wedding I was attending. Needless to say they looked great and I always get so happy wearing them. Everyone here is very genuine and helpful. I love that this place is so close to campus because I commute from LA and it’s just incredibly convenient."
