"Never coming back here again. First time coming to this place and someone stole my wallet. I had reached out multiple times throughout the week about inquiring for camera footage of the person taking my wallet, I've given them my name and phone number, spoken to a few employees who've said they've passed the word up to the manager, was told a couple times i'll get a call back which never happened, ive kept on calling back to see if anythings happened but, its never anything. Lady over the phone said the manager knows but hasent said anything nor even tried reaching back to me. It seems like they just dont care at all. Not coming back here. What kind of management is this??? Thanks alot."

"20 dryers total 33 washers total Over half of these machines are broken. 1/4 is taken up by their laundry service.. They had a fire here some time ago that knocked down a few of their dryers along the same wall. It's been months and it hasn't been fixed. The soot hasn't even been cleaned off of the mirror directly above the incinerated dryer. They're the only ones who take card and they're relatively clean by laundromat standards. That seems to be why they stay busy."

"THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED THIS LAUNDROMAT HAS BECOME TRASH! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! MOST OF THE WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE BROKEN AND THEY WON'T FIX THEM!!! The attendant that is supposed to be here is never here. This is the 3rd time I came to pick up my clothes and couldn't get them cause no one was working. This is terrible and a serious inconvenience. Update. 9/24/2020 Whoever is supposed to work in the mornings isn't doing their job. Waited 20 minutes to drop off laundry for wash and fold. Nobody is here. I think I will take my business elsewhere. After 6 years of $60 every 2 weeks they will be losing my business. The employees are less than useless. Update 12/1/21 2 to 3 hour wait for a dryer because an Entire wall of dryers is out of service and the guy collecting the coins laughed at me when I suggested repairing them. This place has really gone down hill fast. It used to be a really nice laundromat."
