"Went to pick up dresses my wife needed for a business trip and you closed before the advertising time. I was there at 3:25... You close at 4 pm. Unacceptable. Pathetic. Now we have to scramble and shop for other dresses because of your incompetence"

"I had my brand new curtains pressed so they would look perfect. The cleaners made the curtains look so wrinkle, did not iron the pleats, the worse job ever! The curtains were of good quality, whatever they did to the curtains looked as though a toddler ironed them and folded them. Terrible work!"

"I bring my child's jrotc uniform here. To get the jacket cleaned costs more than the uniform itself. Also, Missy the cashier could use a hug. Please, be kind to her. Other than that, they do a good job. :)"

"I’ve been using this Cleaners business for dry cleaning and so far it’s been just ok- not great or good- just average; lately the staff has been more rude and more indifferent to my requests or questions. The alterations requested were not done correctly and the representative kept on saying it was not their problem or that they had not done it yet this is the only Cleaners I use (or used to use) and not to mention she is not even the one who actually did the work. The staff is always playing religious musing which is great yet ironic as their overall customer service is undesirable. Also, they had a good paper ticket process going but they went back to handwriting them and at times the representative would not even give me any receipt or tag rather stated just to come back and they would know who I was and what I dropped off- how is one supposed to know they are charging me correctly? Well, needless to say I am in the search for a nee Cleaners place as they clearly do not respect or welcome my business here."

"I have gone to the this cleaners for 2 1/2 years. Didn’t have an issue till about six months ago. I picked up a blanket and it smelled musty. not like it had been cleaned. I’ve been spending about $400 a month there. I had fairly good service so I still went back. Today I picked up an alteration. I have brought another dress in to have altered. But the person wasn’t there. Although I thought I saw her in the back.I said it was a pain to have to come back twice in one day. That’s all I said. Paid $85 my alteration. As I walk out the door a girl start screaming at me in Spanish. So rude I will never go back. Obviously their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.Obviously somebody needs to tell him about the one person telling 10 person rule. Haven’t tried my dress on yet. Hope there are no issues."
